The delivery service provided by our client is also a standout feature. Vehicles are delivered directly to customers' doors, where the delivery driver personally demonstrates the features and capabilities of the vehicle. This personalized service enhances the customer experience, ensuring that each client fully understands their new or used vehicle's functionalities and benefits.

Job Description:

As a Delivery Driver, you will be an integral part of their team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles directly to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting new and used vehicles from the storage site in Upper Heyford to customers' doors across the UK, ensuring each delivery is handled with care and professionalism.

Your primary duties will include safely and efficiently driving vehicles to various customer locations, adhering to scheduled delivery times. Upon arrival, you will provide a personalised service by demonstrating the features and functionalities of each vehicle. This will involve offering detailed explanations and answering any questions the customer may have to ensure they fully understand their new or used vehicle.

Additionally, you will conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure that each vehicle meets our clientshigh standards. This includes verifying that the vehicle is clean, serviced, and properly prepared before delivery. You will also be responsible for completing and maintaining accurate delivery records, obtaining customer signatures, and processing any necessary paperwork.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers will be crucial. You will represent the company with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the delivery process. Adherence to all road safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure safe vehicle transportation and compliance with legal requirements.

Your responsibilities as a Car Delivery Driver include:

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, and deliver the vehicle in a timely and professional manner
• Make sure the car is fully fuelled/charged before delivery, using a company fuel card
• Arrange your return journey via the ticketing app on a tablet provided, before travelling
• Problem solving any issues that may arise during the delivery, journey or handover process

The requirements as a Car Delivery Driver include:

• A valid driving licence is essential
• Experience in driving both personal and commercial vehicles is a bonus but not essential

Shift Times:

Shift times will vary depending on the job you are given each day and the travel time, however, generally this role is 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RATES:

£12.21per hour with expenses paid
