Job Description:

This is an exciting role and will suit an ambitious and driven individual. You will be an adaptive learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to quickly apply your understanding and take charge of the sales development requirements.

This role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in their career or a proven B2B Sales Manager with experience in recruitment.

In return, we can offer a fantastic benefits package inclusive of a strong basic pay structure - Up to £34k per annum with OTE of £40k+ You will work towards a sales incentive bonus scheme based on performance and results and have access to the company pension scheme.

Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

  • Being actively involved in sourcing new sales generation, building relationships, and generating potential opportunities to develop sales
  • Setting and delivering successful sales strategies
  • Establishing, monitoring, and analysing sales targets
  • Developing the offering and understanding current market trends
  • Managing and supporting the existing sales processes to ensure continued success
  • Researching market trends and competitor activity
  • Working with the Marketing team to build brand awareness, identify opportunities and measure results
  • Analyse data to understand sales comparisons, sale performance and pricing structures
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to overall business development and growth
  • Managing customer support requirements
  • Development sales and new business program with the Sales Director

The requirements of this role as a Business Development Manager include:

  • A high standard of business and commercial acumen
  • Time served experience within the recruitment industry
  • Ability to present well, deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and its current markets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional client liaison and relationship management skills

The Offer:

Salary - £30k to £34k basic with £40k OTE
