Your responsibilities as a Service Delivery Operative include:
- Document Handling: Securely collect, transport, and store documents and records according to company procedures and client requirements.
- Inventory Management: Accurately track and update records in the company database, ensuring all documents are accounted for and stored in the correct locations.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized and secure storage facility, ensuring efficient retrieval and management of records.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and confidentiality policies to protect sensitive client information at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by responding to client requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Physical Handling: Safely handle and move boxes of documents and other materials as required.
The requirements as a Service Delivery Operative include:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or records management role is preferred but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling and tracking documents.
- Security Awareness: A clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires manual handling and lifting of materials, so candidates should be in good physical condition.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently, to meet operational targets.
Shift Times:
Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:00
PAY RATES:
£13.03 per hour
Start Dates / Induction Process:
Immediate starts available. Interviews will be held for suitable candidates to assess experience and fit within the company. Upon completion you will then be offered shifts depending on requirements.
