The Employment Group are proud to announce that we are actively working in partnership with a well known garden furniture manufacturer to assist with their recruitment drive for their Banbury branch.
Our client is a well-built company having been in the Garden Furniture industry for over 75 years. They produce top quality storage solutions for gardens as well as modern outdoor furnishings and garden accessories. They are very committed to sustainability and have designed all their products to be 100% recyclable.
Job Description:
The Employment Group is currently assisting a well-established organisation specialising in high-quality outdoor storage solutions, as well as outdoor furnishings and garden accessories. Located in Banbury, this thriving company is undergoing significant growth and is seeking Production Operatives to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding team.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly process, ensuring that all products meet the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You will work closely with other team members to ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently and safely.

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative include:
- Assisting with machine operation whilst always adhering to safety guidelines.
- Supporting the movement of materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse to ensure swift production of products.
- Inspecting products for defects and deviations from quality standards
The requirements as a Production Operative include:
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to handle physical demands of moving material / stock around the warehouse.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not necessary.
Shift Times:
19.00 - 07.00 3 nights Per Week
PAY RATES:
£12.21per hour
Start Dates / Induction Process:
Immediate starts available with inductions taking place including full training on the machinery.
