Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of on-site logistics services, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team at one of their flagship sitesin Cowley. With both day and night shifts available, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced automotive logistics environment.

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative include:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and move automotive parts and materials within the warehouse
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure items are stored correctly
• Supply parts and materials to production lines in a timely manner
• Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping to ensure clean and organised workspaces
• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational targets and production deadlines

The requirements as a Warehouse Operative include:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and stocking
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors

Shift Times:

Day & night shifts available

PAY RATES:

Day Shifts - £12.27per hour

Night Shifts - £12.77per hour

Start Dates / Induction Process:

Immediate Starts Available.

A full induction will take place off site where you will be expected to sit and pass various written tests as well as a Drug & Alcohol test. You will also be given full uniform during this induction. Upon completion of the induction you will then be allocated your shifts.
