ACCOUNT MANAGER - RECRUITMENT
£26,000 to £28,000 pa plus commission plus benefits
The Employment Group has an ambitious business expansion strategy and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our professional team at our new offices in Heyford
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for either current Account Managers within the recruitment industry or Recruitment Consultants who are looking for a new challenge. We need you to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a real interest in building a rewarding and successful career within the recruitment industry.
What is required in this job?
Professionally managing client portfolios and managing your resourcing and administration support team
Continuous searches to source and place candidates in to client workplaces, retain staff and increase availability for client placements
Undertaking inductions and supportive training schedules, medicals, doing site tours and conducting on-site check-ins
Management of weekly KPI's and attending management meetings to discuss improvements and celebrate successes
Management of weekly payroll compliance for candidates - including dealing with any queries from candidates and clients
Undertaking return-to-work interviews and exit interviews as required
