The Employment Group are delighted to announce that due to rapid growth they are now seeking an additional Candidate Resourcer to join their busy team.
Role – Candidate Resourcer
Salary - £11.25 per hour
Hours – 41.5hrs, Monday to Friday
Location - Upper Heyford
Responsibilities of a Candidate Resourcer:
We work in the temporary placement market in the production, warehousing and logistics sectors and we place candidates in temporary roles. As a Candidate Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process and you will closely with our team who will guide you. You will manage email marketing to prospective candidates who are on our databases to check what kind of temporary work they are looking for. You will follow up replies and send out links to our company registration form. You will follow these up and refer the document pack to the consultant.
You will also support the day to day management of our social media channels. Working closely with our content creators and responding to messages and comments from potential candidates.
If being on the telephone and general communication and research is what you like to do, then this is a great opportunity for you.
This is also the steppingstone to becoming a Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Account Manager and we will certainly guide and support you along this path. You will enjoy the buzz of working in a dedicated team with friendly and supportive colleagues. In-house training is provided.

We will ensure you receive full training on all systems and process. You will also receive a dedicated mentor who will provide daily and on-going guidance and support.
As a business we are also very passionate about developing our admin teamand training them to become our future Recruitment Consultants.
